The 6th Annual Arcadia Autorama is Sunday from 8am to 11am at Hopi Elementary School, 5110 E. Lafayette Boulevard.
The Second Annual Coyotes Car Show is Saturday from 9am to 1pm at Combs High School, 2505 E. Germann Road.
Combs High School General Booster Club is a 501(c)3 that supports Combs High School student activities. The General Booster Club is doing the Car Show Fundraiser to help raise funds for two reasons. First, we are raising funds for senior scholarships. Seniors are given the opportunity to submit an essay, these essays are reviewed by an independent panel of volunteers. Then based upon the funds available, students are awarded with scholarships that can be used for their college tuition or books. Our goal for these scholarships is to double or triple the amount we award. Second, these funds will be put towards the continued effort to contribute to activity fees of underprivileged students that wish to participate in extracurricular activities fees. Please help the General Boosters in reaching our goal of helping as many kids as we can.
The car show is free to attend but if you would like to enter a car, you will need to go through the registration process. Early Bird registration is until 3/8/24 and the fee is $30 per car. With each early bird registration you will receive a car show shirt which can be picked up the day of the car show. After 3/8/2024 the registration will then be $40.
We are also selling T-Shirts for anyone that would like to buy one that you can pickup the day of the event. We will have some there the day of the event, but if you want to make sure that you get one we highly suggest ordering before then to make sure your get yours. If a shirt is purchased after 03/08/24 (online), a $5.00 shipping charge will be added at checkout.
